iPIdiagram: Create PI diagram

The pressure-impulse (PI) diagram facilitates the evaluation of response to a given load and is a valuable design aid. By specifying a maximum displacement, rotation or damage threshold, the diagram shows which combinations of pressure (P) and impulse (I) will result in failure for a particular level of damage.
